Welcoming Atmosphere and Comfort!
Spent a delightful night in a spacious double room with a spotless ensuite. Appreciated the warm hospitality from the owners. The breakfast could improve in variety, but the location is perfect for exploring Warwick and its attractions. Don't miss the nearby family-friendly pub for dinner!

The attention to detail by the staff made our stay memorable. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist were commendable. The fresh milk in our room felt more thoughtful than using plastic containers.
The twin room felt a bit cramped for two adults.

Charming garden area, ample parking, close proximity to attractions
Maintenance issues throughout the building, including peeling wallpaper and damp smells!!! Noise from the street made it difficult to sleep comfortably!!! Limited electrical sockets near the mirror causing inconvenience!!!

Had a right laugh near the local eats, especially at Baabzi Takeaway for cheeky curry! The breakfast was a right feast, with plenty of choices to kickstart the day. the owner was a gem, so welcoming that you felt like you were having a chinwag with a mate.
The room could do with a larger table for your gadgets, and the wardrobe was a bit dodgy, might've come off if you weren't careful, but no biggie for my short stay. A folder with local tips would’ve jazzed up the room, too.

Warm and welcoming family atmosphere
I truly enjoyed my stay at this lovely B&B, where the friendly family running it made me feel right at home. The breakfast was a delightful highlight, featuring homemade touches and Italian-influenced scrambled eggs that were simply creamy and delicious. I appreciated the quiet location, which offered a peaceful retreat while still being a short walk from local attractions like Warwick Castle. I think having more than one towel for each guest in the room would enhance the experience even further.

had a lovely welcoming arrival from the italian owner who was super friendly! it felt like home not a hotel, which was awesome. our room was just great with a big four poster bed n the shower was super powerful. liked that it was clean n tidy. breakfast was fab n they let us choose our time, which was cool.
however, the mattress was kinda hard for me, n it got a bit noisy at night with the windows open.
